Accomplishment most proud of:
I was involved from the very beginning with the creation of the program, "Learning about Lenexa." This program presents facts about our city and how city government works. It is presented to all 3rd graders at all the elementary schools in Lenexa. The program has been a model for other cities to use in many parts of the country.
I have been involved with the creation of Lenexa's "Rain to Recreation" program. This is a nationally known program and has won many significant awards. The program deals with all facets of stormwater.
It has been my pleasure to be involved with the development of Lenexa's City Center project. I was on the selection committee that interviewed and selected the master developer for this project.
